Aoife is a senior yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and a yoga teacher trainer with a special interest in Vedic Astrology. She began her yoga journey over twenty years ago. Her yoga classes have evolved over time to encompass the full expression of this ancient practice: pranayama, meditation and the underpinning Vedic philosophy.  Aoife leads a holistic yoga teacher training course in further education, empowering her students to find their own path and go deeper with their own practices. Even though Aoife is a teacher trainer she is a curious student of life and continues to study, evolve and grow and express herself creatively in her classes. Aoife brings her unique “Slow Flow Vedic Yoga” class to The Yew Room,  which is a beautiful blend of vinyasa flow interwoven with yoga philosophy, Vedic Astrology and deep yogic relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels. Aoife also offers occasional workshops and readings in Vedic Astrology.
